Tim Hoelscher

Tim Hoelscher is as at home writing ghost stories as he is writing code for some of the east coast’s biggest media and news outlets. His writing has appeared in myriad publications and anthologies over the past decade, and reflects a passion for the Washington, DC area and the rural areas that surround it. When he’s not penning a new story, he can be found at his farm in the wilds of southern Maryland with his wife and dogs and cats (and chickens). In his spare time, Tim runs a small custom furniture shop and has been trained in furniture design and metalworking at the George Washington University’s Corcoran School of Art and The Art League Alexandria. He also holds a BS in computer science and an MS in cloud computing architecture, both from the University of Maryland University College, as well as an MFA from Southern New Hampshire University.
